Health insurance is a scam. Buy BTC instead of paying premiums and use it for negotiated cash/BTC prices for medical services as needed. Ask me how.

I drink regular coffee every morning with one tbsp mct oil and 2 tbsp Hershey cocoa.
Coffee 2–4 cups/day is tied to lower CV and all-cause mortality. Cocoa flavanols improve endothelial function and modestly lower BP; COSMOS cut CV death 27%. Caffeine + theobromine may boost flavanol absorption. MCT oil: small TG/HDL/weight effects, enhances ketones, bypassing chylomicrons. Use non-alkalized cocoa; filtered coffee.
Not medical advice for your specific case — especially if you have arrhythmia, uncontrolled HTN, or take meds that interact with caffeine.

Spoke at PubKey DC in July about fixing healthcare with Bitcoin. The conversation afterward was better than the panel. If you were there and we talked, my door is open — literally, I make house calls. premierdpc.org
