same boat too. The ethic bankruptcy of Proton is here, and I picked this service when I escaped from gmail because they had a better ethic. I'm really concerned by potential security breaches and letting my email in such an infrastructure. With an internal policy of bullying and forcing to code fast, ship fast, and with AI I see that coming really soon. And it happens the weeks I have to renew my subscription, meh 🥲

The plan is to make it permanent. But I totally have no idea what type of feedback it will get, in five episode ahead, when the new audience forgot this episode and wonder why. Will they blame the artist for using AI? For being bad at anatomy when they notice it on one panel? This can backfire seriously, and I have no idea how much right now.
If I revert it at one point (possible, thanks to a world with magic) I'll address it at least with a dialog.

Yes, you are right, it can feel extreme without the context. Check the arc of episodes starting at 64 here https://www.peppercarrot.com/en/webcomics/miniFantasyTheater__Avian-Intelligence.html to understand her deeper motivations.

🤣 Hehe, now I can draw bad hands with additional fingers.... on purpose!
But I'm afraid it will just be harder to be consistent with it now, I hope "future me" will forgive "present me" for this decision 😆

Great! Do not hesitate to share, I'll keep doing it directly in my comics or as articles on my blog if I find better things or new strategy.
My main inspiration is still this quote from the author of Nephentes: “I’m just fed up, and you know what? Let’s fight back, even if it’s not successful. Be indigestible. Grow spikes.” 🦔

:blobcatheart: Thank you! Oh yes, that's Cepper, all anger and rebellion, going on this metamorphosis is a bit extreme, yes. (but I'm tempted to by a false extra finger for signing sessions now 😅 )

Thank you. Hehe, true. Unfortunately, my attempts are probably like grain of salt lost in the desert at the scale of 5 billions of images in a dataset. This little irregularity will get smoothed in the dataset by the large law of numbers and averaging. But I'm doing it for the sport; better to be a grain of salt than being compliant and offer on a plate my good labor. 😉

Thank you, and no, you are not! I thought the visual in my first draft would work by themselves, and then I had to add the line of Amall on panel 3 to underline it, because visually, it works pretty well as it is. I added an additional ring finger, slightly smaller than the regular ring finger, but taller than the pinky. More harmonious than what I imagined when I typed this scenario.

About Ig and Fb, I'll just post what the algorythm is already triaging: the weekly comic + the monthly and a self promotion. I'll also keep replying to the comments, etc... But I'll start a "read only" mode, not following any artists myself on it (it's already ready reduced).
About the poisoning, you'll discover my next move on wednesday :)
Yes, I'll keep writing what I do on the blog, on monthly for sure, and inside in a article if I think it worth it's own post.

Hey, so I had discussions with friends this week-end to clarify my mind, and in the end, I'll keep the Facebook page because it is low time budget to maintain, and family/friends/audience on it, so it is still a + for me and them.
I'll spend my 2 external links on "monthly update" on my blog and personal promotion (linktree in my profile, patronage) .
And I'll insert on my monthly report a message for my audience following me from Meta products.

Yes! But you see the door/windows behind her on the photo, for a long time, it was the maximum distance she could get inside while Charlie was jumping on all sofas, desk, and visited every "under of furnitures" (good little duster).
This morning, she tried to enter a little more, just a little circle of 2m or 3. With her, there is no 'breakthrough" and it's very step by step, everyday, a little difference.

Stray Kitten Report 7: slow progress with the little female, Charlotte, and that's a big contrast with Charlie, who now uses the cat door and visits home by himself. But she starts to play a lot.
She's got that tiny face, mini paws, major eye makeup, and dramatic meows. She can't resist stealing the cat toys she plays with and hoarding them under our garden wood cabin. A little diva, but she also loves wrestling matches with Charlie. I'll show you that under ↓🧵

It's open the community; the sources are here https://framagit.org/peppercarrot/webcomics/-/tree/master/miniFantasyTheater/lang?ref_type=heads (you can duplicate the svg of 'en' english, and start adding a language, all you need is Git, Inkscape, and the fonts https://www.peppercarrot.com/en/fonts/index.html )
Then, the language appear on the top on the episodes https://www.peppercarrot.com/en/webcomics/miniFantasyTheater.html

Oh yes, I can't imagine in French: I'll not even expose the sources to our Git and the translation system: too 'niche' and the pun feels really untranslatable, it was just a quick derivation idea over episode 14 sources https://www.peppercarrot.com/en/miniFantasyTheater/014.html

2026-10-23 10:05:27 UTC

- reply

No, this one was a quick speechbubble edit of the two first panel of an old MiniFantasyTheater ( ep14 https://www.peppercarrot.com/en/miniFantasyTheater/014.html ) and the pun is untranslatable (and humor super niche). So, it will not even be exposed to the translation system.
