Soundbath in nature just hits differently.
We are nature.
Nature is nature.
The sound connects us to our nature.
I was able to host a session in this beautiful peace of forest last weekend on a festival. So many wonderful people showed up.
The chrystal bowls bring something so fundamental and precious to the surface that remind us of our natural worth, our natural strength - our natural BEING.
In combination this setting and those frequencies were extaordinarily powerful.
I am still in awe of what happened in that magical mossy fairytail forest.
How people where absolutely amazed by the ressonance of the sound and effect on their body.
Makes me want to establish a format that does exactly that: remind people of their ultimate natural essence. Because deep down we are exactly that.
Nature.

Between the gift hustle and pre-christmas parties, we often unconsciously cross our own boundaries.
We say yes to things that haven’t truly served us for a long time.
You’re allowed to do less.
You’re allowed to relax.
And most importantly:
You don’t have to do anything at all ✨
What you’re hearing here is a pretty triggering binaural beat. It occurs when two very similar frequencies are played together and overlap. The brain then creates a third frequency — the difference between the two — which results in this flickering sound.
Binaural beats can be used to stimulate the brain into a specific frequency.
Have a calm and fabulous day. ✌🏻

Have you heard of grounding and the term “to be grounded”?
It is basically a description of being fully present in your body, fully in tune with your own energy. Aligned and harmonized.
I love using the gong during soundhealing to support just that: the deep low frequencies help to reset, ground and rest our whole body.
Close your eyes, have a listen and experience for yourself ✨

Everything comes and goes.
I was recently reminded once again that our lives are made up of cycles.
Everything reshapes itself, again and again.
Things fade, and new things arrive.
And although this fact often brings sadness and a sense of longing, at the same time it is a chance for growth.
For positive change.
For development that moves us forward.
And isn’t that actually quite beautiful?
Let this gong be a sonic representation of those cycles.

This almost two-minute sound journey is for you today. 🫧
For more connection, inner peace, and overall balance.
Feel free to try it:
Take a deep breath, close your eyes, listen to the sounds, and notice how your whole system immediately begins to slow down.
The sounds of the crystal singing bowls have such a quick balancing effect because our brain can’t really categorize them — no rhythm, no melody. Just pure, continuous sound. In a way, the brain gets bored more quickly and switches off.
I’d call that a WIN-WIN situation, because to me, they sound truly wonderful.
Wishing you a stress-free and soft advent-season :)

Natural sounds resonate deeply and have an immediate relaxing effect on our parasympathetic nervous system—the part of our nervous system responsible for digestion, heartbeat, and all the unconscious functions of our body.
That's why many people love the sound of water, raindrops, animal noises, walks in the woods, …
While listening to this reel, imagine how the water waves gently flow through you, washing away everything you no longer need 🌊 feel the difference ✨
By the way, nature vibrates at a frequency of 432 Hz. It therefore is the most natural and familiar frequency for our bodies.
Because we, too, are part of nature.

GN! ✨
Hey lovely nostr people — it has been a while!
I‘ve been deep into sound healing, giving sessions, growing my business and managing everyday life.
This year has been a miraculous journey with many ups and downs and I am grateful for every step of the way, for all the people that kept cheering me on and for all the kind words.
This christmas season 2025 is very different from other years — for the first time ever I do not have an advent calendar as my preferences in life changed a lot. Instead of regular calendars I simply enjoy a good rest or time for myself (I guess the whole frequency game really DOES change oneself).
Anyways this year I thought of doing my own advent calendar.. a different one… a more meaningful one. One that simply benefits from sound, frequencies, calmness, mindfulness. One that doesn’t add to the stress that’s so very present during these days. One that does opposite: encourage you to DO LESS.
And I want to share this calendar with the world. For everyone that needs it.
This is my invitation: Ditch the family drama, leave the present hustle behind and do something different this year: RELAX & TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF.
May I present: the 21 Days of Calm calendar where you‘ll find a short soundhealing video each day leading up to christmas. It‘s a gift from my heart to yours, to hopefully make your advent season the relaxed yet ever!
All I ask, if you like it, to spread it around: send it to loved ones, to someone that might enjoy a time-out themselves.
All the love,
Julia 💜

By Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.

Grateful for what I’m doing. Holding a sound bath for a dear friend and witnessing them go from stressed and overwhelmed to completely relaxed and content in just 20 minutes proves how powerful frequencies are. Even more, it shows how incredibly necessary they are in today’s world. Transformation starts with us.
