The most powerful health intervention in the world is free.
No prescription.
No subscription.
No app.
Just the sun.
Reconnect with the natural light environment your biology evolved in, and you may be surprised how many aspects of health begin to improve.
Hope. Opportunity. Light. Life.

Happy to say https://hodleyewear.com is finally up and running and accepting orders 🙌 @npub1cwn…raju
Been over 1 year since we launched our blue light blocking range at Bitcoin Ireland Conference in Dublin.
Testing the range in my own optical practice ever since & now finally online ready. ⚡️

Most modern problems come from broken inputs.
Broken money distorts the economy.
Broken light distorts human biology.
Fix the inputs and the downstream problems begin to disappear.

As an optometrist, I stopped just testing eyes.
I started studying light.
Because light is biological information.
If you:
• Struggle to sleep
• Feel wired at night
• Get digital eye strain
Look at your light environment first.
Morning sun.
Dim evenings.
Intentional screen use.
Ancient physiology. Modern chaos.

Introducing HODL Eyewear: Look Good, Do Good! 👓✨
We may be a small optical practice, but our vision is BIG. With HODL Eyewear, we’re redefining what it means to invest in your sight—combining premium eyewear with financial innovation to make a lasting impact.
Through our Sats for Sight initiative, £5 from every HODL Eyewear sale is converted into Bitcoin and saved in our Bitcoin Sight Care Fund. This isn’t just another charity model—it’s a smarter way to give, allowing us to grow our impact over time and help more people access essential vision care in the future.
🔹 2.2 billion people worldwide suffer from vision impairment
🔹 1 billion of those cases could have been prevented or corrected
🔹 Your purchase helps fund long-term eye care solutions through Bitcoin
Bitcoin is more than just money—it’s a tool for freedom, innovation, and positive change. By choosing HODL Eyewear, you’re not just getting high-quality frames—you’re helping to fix the vision crisis AND the broken money system.

I started 2024 with the aim to move more of my time into Bitcoin. As an optometrist and practice owner of over 17 years @npub16j3…lrs2 I had already integrated bitcoin payments into my small business and onto the company balance sheet. I spoke at my first Bitcoin conference in Dublin and co-founded a Bitcoin education company @npub1y9m…8wx2. Linked up with some awesome individuals @npub1hea…vp8p & excited to develop more within the decentralised healthcare space. More of this transition in 2025 - out of the Fait system & into #bitcoin in moving my business structure & income generation online, built on Bitcoin ⚡️🫡

Bitcoin remains a societal blind spot, as its complexities and positive impacts are not fully recognized or understood by the broader public, business sectors or governments. This will not always be the case & the the shift in awareness may come sooner than we expect. #studybitcoin
