Every small shopping centre we go to has at least two EV charging stations. Larger shopping centres have 3 or four. If they expanded to twice that, there would still be cars waiting. So slow off the mark.

...and I would walk 500 more...just to be the man who stalked that lousy mechanic to their door!

No one ever talks about the water required to cool Data Centres. They use Gigalitres. Unimaginable amounts. The Corporations that want them, have convinced governments of most countries that Big is better. They gobble power like big cities do. But, the water? That is what keeps us humans, and all animals and plants alive.....
Data Centres ARE Water Theft.

I badly misremembered. It was 1.274km, and was reduced to 868m, so it still reaches the channel. The end of the Urangan Jetty has its own weather system, we discovered, whenever we walked out there.😬

The jetty at Hervey Bay used to be 3? times the length it is now, and the train line ran out to the end. Had to go that far to reach deep water.

It's been obvious (to me) - since the so-called end of the Cold War - that Intelligence Agencies have been fomenting strife in many areas. The CIA and Mossad, in particular...with encouragement from their governments' weapons-manufacturing lobbyists. @npub17xf…dzht

We unplugged our mobility scooter chargers, and the power stayed on for most of the night, then went off again. Have switched fridge to solar/DC, and power is holding.😳 It's a process of elimination.
