You are alleging that they received a subpeona. That’s what a canary is for. That’s not “going for them”. That’s being asked to provide information to a court. Businesses do this regularly.

Monero has been delisted or restricted from spot withdrawals at every single exchange with access to the legacy financial system. Any court in the world, even a fucking family court, can print a subpoena and ask a business for information. That’s not “going for them”.

LN is given exchange access to every exchange in the world. Coinbase accepts LN deposits. The idea that they are trying to suppress LN more than Monero is just laughable. It highlights the complete ridiculousness of your position.
