there is only a small segment of the population in jobs proven to require or attract this type. people like spook spymasters. directors. high level management at the pentagon. corporate liability departments (a great illustration of it is given by tyler durden and is based entirely on real policies). there are some who are borderline, and then there are some who clearly like to get "mission accomplished" and pretend that the "collateral damage" doesn't change the meaning of that.
