I have not researched his history of posts but let me guess, he almost never supports a fork until after it has been adopted.
He works off of a consensus filter in terms of how he filters information in his brain like a woman.
As opposed to filtering the world by True/False filter combined with principles.
I'm okay with being wrong about that but that is my heuristic with many of the people who are anti BIP 110.
