It's only during very early boot where miscalculating how much actual entropy was added can cause issues. By the time people get to the lockscreen, a massive amount of entropy has been generated. In practice it's only the early boot kASLR base, ASLR bases, stack canaries, heap canaries, etc. which could be poor. The firmware gives an early random seed though.
