what always freaks me out when messing with leverage is a forced liquidation from a flash crash at the worst possible hour at night on a weekend. I know it's not frequent but it has happened, which could undermine and unravel the entire setup. but hey, if you're over overcollateralized enough I suppose it could work? as long as SATA holds up. just keep in mind every dividend reinvested makes for a new cost basis too, just something else to keep up with when tracking for long term gains
