Pretty much every signer is using multiple good RNG sources. This wasn't a flawed RNG source issue, it's a dumb software bug causing a fallback to software PRNG. What are we even talking about?
I saw someone on X suggesting that people should pick BIP39 words from a jar. If you're a cryptographer you'd hang yourself with some of the garbage advice.
