[ formstr-hq/nostr-polls ] feat: add Monero zaps via NIP-A3 payto payment targets
- Add payto utils: parse/build payto tags, fetch kind 10133, monero
address validation, monero: URI building
- ProfileEditModal: Monero address field published as a kind 10133
payto target (preserves other existing target types)
- ZapModal: sats/monero toggle with XMR presets, decimal custom
amount, QR + copy + open-wallet for monero: URIs
- Zap component fetches recipient's monero target and enables the
monero option when available (#239)
