in most places you don't need anything to “allow” you to perform accessibility audits, WCAG-EM merely says it is for “intended for people who are experienced in evaluating accessibility using WCAG 2.0 and its supporting resources”.

That will be a bit of a chicken/egg situation at the start, you can't be experienced without experiencing it. It could be helpful to have your first few audits peer reviewed.
