Death by prion disease is a fitting punishment for people who eat way too much meat, but biological warfare is still fucking retarded psychopath shit.
There would be less so-called "collateral damage" if the authorities would just use good old kinetic weapons, starting with targeting cattle ranchers to kill them and/or tax them until beef is unaffordable as an everyday item. But that would defeat the purpose, because "collateral damage" isn't real, the extra damage is the goal, the authorities are part of the suicide cult.
