In the US, the FDA categorizes coffee beans under the same 'shelf stable' label as spices and seasonings. Hate to break it to you, but if you're drinking from a big coffee brand, chances are your coffee could be on shelves or in warehouses for YEARS before you purchase it. This isn't natural and is essentially 'big coffee' lying by omission to the mainstream. Yet, it's 100% legal. Not to mention the unhealthy shortcuts they can take to maximize profit in farming and storage practices.
You don't deserve this.
Instead, opt for FRESH coffee: regenerative farming practices, an end-to-end hand-tailored process, and proof of work ⚡️
