I read the EO and have a few thoughts: A) Lotta red teamers gonna learn their shits not john blaze when they have to be on their OPSEC game a LOT better. 2) makes a very very scary grey area where you are now a valid combatant if you play this game and go on vacation and they mossad your ass. iii) a lot of these orgs cant tie their own shoes, how they going to actually do the do without a lot of hand holding?
