My point is that a lot of Googlers evolved from optimists to realists and then left. Google's replacement pipeline replaced them with more optimists. But the natural filtration was that evil people stayed, optimists saw reality and left, and what is Google today it a large embittered hulk filled with an over abundance of personality disorders. They are the sediment of that filtration process.
