eh, i don't think that they're doing that. though, if we're being honest, i haven't asked for either of their flight records so this *could* be happening unbeknownst to me.

i think they're just doing what they think is correct and best for their clients, users, and the nostr in general. are broken threads bad? yes. but so are broken feeds and broken dms and we've had this for 3 years now. all those 2 experiences taught me were don't wait around, just do it. and you also taught me that recently. you said the standard becomes whoever has the most popular client. i didn't agree with that entirely, but it does make sense even if i don't like it.
