Tokens will be the currency of the future, unfortunately not Bitcoin nor Monero.

All of us in The Crypto space are thinking in the boomer mindset of cash = money.

But in the future, output = money.

If we’re lucky Bitcoin, & Monero will be used as tools to acquire tokens because I think tokens will be so valuable, & scarce that using Crypto will preserve tokens needed for output.

Human output won’t be deemed as valuable as Machine output.

People will save up their human output tokens (crypto/Bitcoin/Monero) to acquire digitally scarce machine output tokens (Claude/Gemini/Grok, etc.)

Now yes, self hosting tokens circumvents this but most people won’t have the means to access self-hosted ai, so the vast majority will rely on centralized models.

And most self-hosted AI will rent out compute to the big three, much like crypto hashing, and pools work today.

In the future there will be “AI Pools”.
