The amazingly talented lukechilds (nprofile…wrkg) came up with a cool concept called Nimdolf: Non-interactive Mint Delegation on Liveness Failure
This is a major step towards removing the custodial risk of Cashu. It provides a "Dead Mint Switch" in case an mint goes offline for an extended period of time.
Could use a better acronym though... haha. I was thinking maybe, RESCUE: Reserve Escrow Scripted Custodial User Exit
