Note that the telegram issue is a telegram (or rather electron bug) that is (supposedly) fixed in newer electron versions. IIRC It doesn't hit plasma as they use another protocol.
The bitwarden things sounds like bitwarden not coping with the dynamic keymap (if terminal works). Can you make it use Wayland instead of X11? That should fix it too. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/stevia/-/work_items/79
