I worked for a boss who fired a dude for overstepping a woman's boundries at work & I still saw like half of these examples happen in real time & was called to his office more than once for "starting conflicts" when I called it out one too may times. I can feel guys I call friends walking on eggs around me, sometimes lobbing sexist shit directly at me to see me react.
This is not to polish my Good Guy Halo™️ but to acknowledge male (!) reality; it's right in front of us to act on.
