This is probably my Meditation....time stops ..it all comes out. Softly ....Then I can sit with it and integrate.
The more I explore this ..the more the weight, of one if the biggest truths in my life, I had not the courage to change. how my work does not fuffil me....it's starting to become a too much of a burden....
