You used P2PK to send to the npub shown in Cashu.me Wallet.

In this case, the P2PK npub acts as the key that the ecash is locked to. However, the ecash token itself still needs to be delivered to the receiving wallet.

Bey Wallet currently sends the P2PK token through its own send flow, while Cashu.me does not currently monitor that Nostr flow to automatically receive and import the token. So the token would need to be manually scanned or pasted into Cashu.me to redeem it.

This is different from a Cashu payment request, where the receiving wallet creates a request and the sender pays that request. Cashu requests over Nostr are supported by multiple wallets, which makes them much more interoperable.

Thanks for testing this and pointing it out. This helped clarify an important difference between sending ecash to a public key and delivering ecash directly into another wallet.
