why would you put in a group family, friends and strangers? how would strangers end up in such a group?
as always, it is impossible to prevent people from doing self-damage, by default the app protects you from spammers and scammers, if you yourself give your invite link to strangers/spammers and even add them to family group then that is up to you, if you don't they don't have any way to discover you and try to scam you with some phishing attack etc
