the thing about that is: the convenient rhetoric behind which you can hide systematic murder is in fact simply a product of private mercenary contract work which is technically off the books and they're not american military in reality.... so when you "disappear" them... they're off the record. and the private contractors and hacker run crypto skunkworks don't say anything either because that's their bread and butter - in bounty collection and in pump. anyone want to discuss the constant bombing of warehouses between russia and ukraine and what's really inside them? or nah.
