I hope plebs run bitaxes, have SV2 and vote with hash power. Pools are comprised of individual hashers, those hashers might also adopt it as there's no downside in doing so — it greatly improves mining decentralization. I guess it's a decision making everyone involved in the ecosystem should make for themselves.
