Matus Baliak from EC now. He notes many people have already said what he would like to say. He sees standards as major and essential. Legislation follows reality with a certain delay, 5, 10, 15 years. We can't afford that anymore! We need standards so we can speed up. Developing standards is still challenging, capacity, time. Asks for more and better involvement with standards setting.
