Rereading Broken Money by LynAlden (nprofile…ad8w) and am at the part where she is discussing how developing nations basically can't issue debt in their own currencies and must issue debt in a stronger currency such as the dollar or euro. When the dollar strengthens, for example, that developing country has more trouble paying their debts. Maybe they need a #Monero since it has way lower inflation than the dollar and the developing countries reserves would strengthen against the dollar constantly.
