I wanted a bank account. Got back an email with requirements. Just reading the list of requirements overspent my time budget for opening the account 2x.
But at least they got nice feedback.

They set it up sooner than you got a chance to send me this ridiculous request. And I believe the regulations for aml/kyc are the same for them as for you.
Let me know if you change your approach to valuing the time of your customers, I am willing to try again. But not like this."
