Maybe you know something about this. I have a co-worker who is licensed by the state of SC. He told me if he makes one mistake in any of his legal opinions, the licensing body will take away his license permanently. Sounds stressful.. Not sure if you can confirm this is the standard law professionals have to live by everywhere?
