r1w1s1 (nprofile…qxrs) It also has options for reading completions from a file, so you can
$ rlwrap -r -f /usr/share/dict/words -f book.txt ed book.txt
and it will provide tab-completion from the system dictionary (-f /usr/share/dict/words) as well as completions from the document you're editing (-f book.txt) and remember any new words that you type as you enter text (-r) for completions.
Tangentially, there's also the similar cpwrap(1) if you want Copilot completions¹ and don't object to committing atrocities 😆
