Nope there were never even any subtitles. And I live in Sweden, there are subtitles for everything. Also back in the days German was quite common as a second language.
SO to prevent anyone from ever hearing any meaningful words from Hitler we only saw 2 seconds here and there where he uttered such words as, "das ist joden" or any other words without any context at all.
Makings him appear as crazy and evil.
