I created a placeholder iOS app for the App Store to warn users about scam “Sparrow” apps, of which there have been over a dozen.
The app was never published, but Apple flagged it (a year later) for “dishonest activity” and will terminate my Apple Developer account on June 30 unless the decision is reversed.
