Hackuity, a Lyon-based vulnerability management company, has raised $19 million in a funding round led by Forgepoint Capital, taking its total funding to $38 million. Existing backers Bright Pixel Capital, Bpifrance, and Seventure Partners also participated. Founded in 2018, the company previously raised about $13 million in a 2022 Series A.
Hackuity plans to use the new capital to accelerate its vulnerability operations platform, strengthen its artificial-intelligence capabilities, and expand across Europe and Asia. The platform aggregates and normalizes vulnerability and asset data from more than 130 security products, then combines severity, exploitability, asset criticality, threat activity, and business impact to prioritize remediation and coordinate work across security, IT, cloud, and engineering teams. The funding matters as organizations face a growing volume of findings from scanners, cloud and application-security tools, penetration tests, and AI systems.
