Last time I talked to the Reticulum guys they didn't like the idea of nostr working over Reticulum because of the cryptography mismatch and said something like nostr but built for Reticulum natively is what they want. Mosaic seems like a good fit for it with minimal tweaks. Of course I don't want to reinvent the wheel but this idea came to my mind
