We prepare women for childbirth but not necessarily for motherhood. Your worth as a woman is defined by first your marriage, then your motherhood. And if you don't have either, you're a difficult woman who should stick to Yoga for her rebellious attitude(this one is a personal comment made to me😅).
We spend so much time preparing a woman to give birth that we forget to prepare the world around her to hold her after she does. A gentle reminder to check in on your friends who are on this journey.
