Ahoy there frens! Life has been really busy lately, but this weekend we processed around 1.6kg of apricots from the tree at our allotment to make jam. The set was a little less firm than I'd like, but considering no artificial preservatives and home-grown apricots, I'm super pleased with it!
Will be giving jars away to neighbours and frens, plus eating it on toast, with yoghurt, and anything else I can think of!
