Have to hard disagree. UX is much more important than many people realize when it comes to building a functional app that keeps pace with its users. The desktop and mobile apps sync poorly, and are slow to show updates when payments are made. Buttons often don’t work, the app freezes, and there isn’t even a dedicated Apple Silicon build. I’m looking at it right now, and it’s a broken piece of software.
