Unprompted, my last two days have been some of the most physically demanding days I've had in recent memory.
Yesterday I pushed a ~80-90lb stroller 1.5 miles up Mt. Lebanon, then kept it from sending my children to their deaths the same distance down. Some of it cobblestone roads.
Today I edged ~8/10ths a mile of driveway in prep for a sealcoat. Had to be done soon b/c rain, so I did a half Mexican day (6hrs) of near continuous string trimming.
I cannot feel my limbs.
I got Chinese food.
