I can work with that imagery too. In fact, I have some bad news about chronic health care. People are going to die. We can spend billions and billions of dollars letting them hang on to life for a couple extra months and be miserable doing it, or we can just recognise the fact that people are going to die. That also has some equivalency in the infosec industry.
