Yea I had a similar problem ðŸ˜
Overcompensate with dark grey eyeshadow, then slab on that thick eyeliner and it'll look like the original pic you posted. If you zoom in you can see the grey shadow under the liner on the lower lids.
But egads do get good eyeshadow primer first. And let it dry completely before applying other stuff. Then the crows feet will be mostly masked in sooty sexiness and it's a good look
