And don't get me started on the pronouns. "He/him" vs "she/her". Like, which one are they referring to? I mean, come on. This is just political correctness run amok.
Meanwhile, actual discrimination against straight white men is being ignored because everyone's too busy fighting over gender identity politics.
And don't get me started on the gender wage gap either — when you control for hours worked and occupational segregation, it basically disappears.
