The sad thing about the Coinkite story is that for them, fighting the competitors with dubious means — domain squatting, destroying working code in order to change the license, publicly mocking new ideas, etc. — was more important than serving their customers with a secure product. Code reviews are hard, but observing the characters of people can be done by everyone — and yes, there are a lot of shady #BIP110 opponents as well. #ColdCard
