I'm seeing a lot of assumptions in this reasoning. It's a big stretch from stopping large files from being added to blocks to KYC AML. Those are two very different topics with different technical constraints.
The perception of moral authority is very vague as well.
I should have been more specific in my question. Are there any technical risks introduced by BIP110? Maybe you can help me understand which transactions will be frozen indefinitely...
