yeah, it's a mass white collar crime spree. that's what these 9-11 and pandemic events were. the depth and planning behind various elements of it could have been decades in the planning. what makes them happen at the time they happen, is the convergence. that's why i call it a convergence field.

it's much the same as any emergent system phase change. you randomly add weight to the snow on the side of the mountain, and you never really know exactly when it's going to break or whether it's gonna be small of it it takes out a whole swathe. events like 9-11 and pandemic are "takes out the whole mountainside" avalanche events.

something that should also be added is that certain organisations specialise in mapping out the convergence fields that surround these things to identify initiatives to engage in and approximate timelines. i mean the basics of 9-11 as a scenario was already mapped out in one scenario from decades before, i forget what it was called. what actually happened was different but not the character of what they are doing. looking for a scenario where they can do operations in the cloud of a mass white collar crime spree. nobody knows who exactly did what, or who told them to, or any of it. then you can also promote the idea that there was a fictious organisation pulling all the strings, and then you can set up a counter-operation to ridicule these people and keep everyone from thinking there is a connection

it's not command based, it's not any single individual or group. it's an opportunity that crystallised over time and some people hunt these and exploit them, and others are just there and it's like a giant windfall falls into their lap because they have cover to do something a bit grey.
