Speaking of inequality, I spent a couple hours with one customer today. I think he was in his 60s. I compared house prices from the 1960s to today, and how ppl have no chance now of buying houses because of house prices and interest rates.

He said “yes but only 1/5th of the Australian population have a mortgage”

Me: “The other 4/5th WISH they too could have a mortgage!”

Him: “you really think so??”

Me: “no. Not at THESE prices”


This mother fucker thinks young ppl don’t buy houses because they simply don’t want to 🤣
