Adding to my last reply, I wish I could remember the URL. There is a mempool dot space version someone is running that shows BIP110 compliant and bip110 non-compliant blocks. Then it shoes the offending transactions in each block. The type of transactions that violate BIP110 are a small minority of blockspace whenever I check it. Yet the prolific spam which uses OP_RETURN, is still allows in BIP110 for some reason.
