I see a lot of people with obvious blindspots when creating their app. They introduce UX snares/friction and rationalize it like "but yea this is so good people will just keep going"
No they won't. No one gives a fuck about your little app. You have to actually step in their shoes and forget that it's "your baby". 95% of the time you have to convert casual interest into real value in under 2 mins.
Take off the rose colored glasses and stop being a piker.
