It depends. If they used Blitz within the last eight months and before Boltz stopped providing services, their Liquid funds should have been automatically swapped to Spark.
If not, then yes, we'll need to wait and see if all the funds are returned to Liquid.
At this point, they would also need to restore their Blitz wallet in a Liquid-compatible wallet, such as Blockstream Green, to recover the funds, since Boltz swaps are no longer available.
